Jay's Italian Ice

Jay Johnson is a New Jersey native and Army veteran who spent years cooking and managing in restaurants before starting Jay's Italian Ice. He wanted to show his granddaughter that you can build something of your own — so he did, keeping it simple with a classic Italian ice recipe that never needed reinventing. She's still by his side at the stand today.

No — Jay's Italian Ice is made and served fresh, in person. We don't ship anywhere. You'll find us around Fitchburg, at local events, and at the Fitchburg Public Market. For parties and events, see catering.
